We're two mums who know exactly how tricky (and sometimes stressful!) it can be to keep up with moving the elf (or elves) in December. So, we decided to make it a little easier for parents everywhere. (This year we are sending our guide via email to save any little eyes seeing it). Inside your box, you'll find 13 individually wrapped scenes, each designed to bring some elf-sized fun into your home. To make life even simpler, we’ve included handy sticky tabs to help position your elf perfectly, plus a few "excuse cards" for those inevitable days when the elf forgets to move. Hey, it happens to the best of us! Even though this is a 12 day kit, we have included 13 scenes, as the elf arrival postcard has been included. But if you have started this kit after your elf has arrived just omit that scene and still enjoy 12 more scenes!

This guide will show you through setting up each scene. The scenes differ from box to box (you will only have 13 scenes in your box). Feel free to also use some of our other ideas from this guide, not included in your box. Pick the scene you would like to use for that day (identified by the name on the sticker on your packages) and follow the instructions in this guide. The scenes are in no particular order, apart from the “Reindeer food” scene is recommended for your last day with the elf, as the card talks about leaving, or if you prefer you could omit the card and just have the elf bring the reindeer food to use whenever. We also recommend doing the “Santa letter” earlier, however, once again if you prefer to do this late and leave out on Christmas eve for Santa, you could do this, whatever works with your whanau and traditions. Finally, a quick disclaimer: while we love making magic, Tiny Magic Makers take no responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by overly enthusiastic elves or humans from using our kits.
